Potters Retreat offers a spacious haven for relaxation, with 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 9 guests, 2 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Whether you're in the area for work or leisure, it's an ideal place to recharge and unwind.

The property can be booked as a whole house with 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 7 contractors, with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges, one of each on each floor. alternatively, the property can also be divided into 2 self contained apartments if smaller groups of 3 or 4 wish to book into this property.

Potter's is in a perfect location for the exploration of local attractions, Trentham Estates and Monkey Forest, and Alton Towers as well as the previously stated potteries nearby.

RULES:

Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes.

Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed**

No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter, unless permission has been granted.

Please respect the hike in costs of running the property as we ask you to not leave the heating on whilst the property is vacated as well as ensuring the lights are switched off.

Strictly no Electrical Vehicle charging permitted at our properties, if discovered we will implement immediate vacation of the property.

Strictly no parties or events are permitted to take place in our properties.
