What time can I check-in?

Standard check-in time for our properties is 4pm.

However, if you have made a direct booking via our website or email, we allow early access at 3pm.

What time is check-out?
All guests and belongings must be vacated from the property by 10am.
Why do I need to provide identification when booking?
All of our properties are self check-in, therefore for security reasons, we need to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property.
Why do I need to pay a damage deposit?
We are committed to protecting our properties, with that in mind we charge each guest a £100 fully refundable damage deposit which is reimbursed within 14 days of departure, providing there is no damage caused.
Can I extend my stay?
Our guests are ore than welcome to extend their stay with us at any time and we will always do our best to accommodate these requests.
How do I use Klevio?

We do provide a step-by-step guide including an easy to follow video on how to use klevio.

This will be sent to you via email in your welcome pack.

Not ALL properties require the use of Klevio so if this is not included in your check-in emails do not worry!
