We are Jane and John and these are our Serviced Accommodation properties in Burton On Trent, Cannock, Lichfield, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote and Rugeley.
Our aim is to offer our guests comfort, and amenities within slightly quirky surroundings and to offer the best.We have taken time over our design and just love the effect that we have created.
Within those surroundings we bring our industrial yet modern interiors and incorporate upcycling and hand finished objects. Our colour schemes are right up to the minute and we aim to keep abreast of the latest designs.

Our mission is to create welcoming, homelike spaces that offer comfort, convenience and tranquillity for anyone needing time away from home-be it for work, temporary relocation, family visits or leisure. We aim to provide an authentic, non-hotel experience where guests can truly unwind, connect and feel at ease, with spaces thoughtfully designed to support relaxation, productivity and family connection.
In addition to creating exceptional guest experiences, we are committed to uplifting other accommodation providers, sharing our "customer-first" philosophy and empowering them with the knowledge and support to build thriving, hands-free hospitality portfolios.
